"Exclusive Burleigh Cove."

We're in Burleigh Cove with homes built 2000-2004. Dunlin Drive is a thorough road from Christine Avenue to Burleigh Connection Road at Stocklands Shopping Centre.
The area 116 to 119 are 5 and 4 bedroom RSL Art Union homes in Burleigh Cove, on canal/lake frontage. There is a predestrian walkway beside 116 that leads over the canal along a bush reserve.
From Dunlin Drive it is an easy 6 minute level walk along the path to Stocklands Shopping Centre. At Stocklands you can access buses or taxi to all parts of the coast from Coolangatta to Robina and Surfers Paradise and beyond to Harbour Town, Paradise Point.
The centre has post office, medical centre, Bunnings, Big W, Woolworths, Super IGA, Dentist, ANZ, Suncorp, Greater Union, Telstra, Optus etc. Across the road is the police station, ambulance and fire brigade. Along Burleigh Connection Road are BP sevice station, Gyms, Burleigh Tavern, auto repairs, pole dancing, accountants, solicitors etc.
Also along the same path is an easy 20 minute walk to James Street, Burleigh Heads and Burleigh Beach. Bowls club, surf life saving clubs, cafe's, Burleigh Heads Hotel, Swell Tavern, restaurants (Oscars to name one), Subway, Domino's Pizza, Big Chiefs Burgers and Burleigh State Primary School. Swimming lessons also available at in door pool under Oscars.
Every Monday and Wednesday morning enjoy a free Tai Chi lesson, 8.30-9.30am. Every Sunday evening catch the bongo's and fire twirlers at Justin Park at Burleigh Heads.
Marymount College can be acessed walking along Dunlin Drive to Seville Crescent or out through Bunnings along the path in front of Billabong head quarters on Burleigh Connection Road.
At the northern end of Dunlin Drive is Burleigh Bears Sports complex and AFL club. A lovely place to enjoy a Sunday meal, or play a game of tennis.
Close by in James Street is where the Winter Solstice Festival is held in May, and in Justin Park the Christmas Carols are not to be missed, one of the largest in Queensland.
The canal affords great fishing with Mangrove Jack, Bream, Mud Crabs, Trevelly the common species caught.
Dunlin Drive is amongst one of the most sort after and exclusive locations, opening positions along the canal are rare as owners are reluctant to move.
