"Some great apartments and great neighbours"
Appraised a few properties in Coulson Street over the last few weeks and I must say that it is a fun place to live. You are right in between Erskineville and St Peters so access to the city is great from various train stations.
The area seems to be buzzing with young couples and singles. With Sydney Park only a hop, skip and jump away it is a great lifestyle location.
Some buildings are better than others, but overall it is a great location. Best of all it is a short walk up to the Erskineville Village.

Looking for a home in Coulson Street?
"Surprisingly nice, close to everything"
We lived in The Zenix complex for 4 years and really enjoyed our time here. Sydney Park was a great escape from the inner city lifestyle and the apartment block was fairly quiet given its position. South King Street a winner with authentic takeout.
