Looking for a home in Cranbourne North?

"Great school, awesome community that works together!"

We have been in the Tulliallan Estate for 2 yrs now. The Tulliallan Primary school is amazing, the principal is great. People look out for one another, active fb community pages and WhatsApp groups. The entire community got on road to look for a missing girl to the amazement of SES and police once. Community came together to fight against the builder and secured a huge piece of land for sports fields. If you are looking for a family friendly place and a good school, this suburb is for you.

I do not know about all of Cranbourne North, I am only talking for Eve, Avenue, Tulliallan estates around the Tulliallan primary school

"Live in Sierra Blvd.. Nice quite Estate with large nature park and bbq area."

Almost every house has security cameras and we report suspicious behaviour to each other on Residents of Sierra Blvd Facebook page.
We want our homes and property protected and report the lawbreakers to the police.
Cranbourne Needs to change from Dodgy to liveable and safe for all.

"Been here 4 months and getting the hell out of the Tulliallin estate, hoons with cars doing burnouts , people fighting and breaking into homes and cars. Not a quiet place like I hoped"

Lots of young people doing burnouts in cars at all hours , people fighting and not maintaining their gardens at all which brings the property values down . I’m moving out . Don’t bother

"Tulliallan area of cranbourne North"

Lived here for 5 years. Our street near Tullialan Primary School is really quiet. Close to The Avenue shops, Eden Rise shopping Centre in Berwick and loads of schools in the area - Tullialan Primary School, is within walking distance and other schools in area are:
- St Frances Xavier College
- Hillcrest Christian College
- St Catherine’s Primaru School
It is also a short commute to
St Margarets School
Casey Grammar
Hailebury Berwick.

Easy access to Clyde Road taking you straight down to the entrance to the Monash Freeway. Westfield Fountain Gate is only 10-15 minutes drive away.
And we have wetlands around the corner plus a lovely park at the end of our street in Wheelers Park Drive, where you can catch a bus to various locations.

Would highly recommend living in Dellinea Street!

"Peaceful, Best of both worlds"

Very peaceful place, lots of shopping complexes to choose from with spacious ample parkings and just a few stones away ,beautiful sunrise and sunset . It's best of both worlds as you can feel you are living ina peaceful countryside with nice beautiful scenery and horses/cows etc closeby but also have easy access to city facilities at the same time!
Loving it here!

"Excellent place to live"

The Roads are broad and the estates are well planned. Lot of good schools around and Berwick and Cranbourne stations are a near reach. Less burglary. Avenue village shopping mall, Westfield shoppingmall and Casey Central are with in 5 KM range
