"Not for everyone"
Davis Avenue is not for everyone, it has often attracted hoons leaving their mark up the street, one house using a live band every so often until after 4am and a few loud and abusive neighbors. We spent over 4 years on the street and were very happy to have left. Their are a few fantastic neighbors however I would not recommend living in this street unless you enjoyed the noise and disturbances.
