"Great location with lovely park at end of street"
Lovely short street lined with cute little houses and Halliday Park just at the end of the street!
Also only minutes walk to Mitcham central shops (Coles, cafes, gyms, restaurants, etc) and the newly renovated Mitcham train station (lots of express trains to the CBD).
A lot of houses here are older, but new houses seem to be getting modernised with updates/facelifts.
I've rented quite a few houses in this street and find due to the handy location to shops and park, tenants seem to flock to rent here.
