"Australias Only Freehold Village Above the Snowline - Designed from the ground up"
The village has won numerous archetectuaral awards and has even won the Sir Zelman Cohen Award for Excellence. The village has very pure water, wonderful fresh air and has a great sense of community. It has a 7 million dollar Day Spa and the most wonderful atmospheric chalets and apartments to stay in, all complete with cosy open fireplaces. There are wonderful fine dining options making Dinner Plain a wonderful get away. Qantas even service the Village via Australia's highest airport. Mount Hotham is a short shuttle bus away and has some of the best skiing offered in the southern hemisphere. And the best news of all is that you can buy properties from as little as 250k or a block of land from 95k.

- Unique Alpine Village environment, Freehold land and is a must see and stay location
- On the Great Alpine Road only 2 hours from the coast or Wangaratta
