"Family friendly"
Lived on street 10 years, some great neighbors, some not so considerate ones. Lots of tradies clogging up street as they can't seem to find their driveway? Causes you to drive on wrong side of road around blind corners constantly. Great access to daycare, schools, shops and cafes.
