"Busy but great location"
What a fantastic location in the heart of Mitcham. There is a child care facility, Mitcham private hospital and beautiful large oak trees on this road. It is a busy road as people use it as a cut through from Whitehorse road to Mitcham road. There is also many public transport options such as multiple bus stops and the Mitcham train station is only a couple minutes walk.
The types of properties that you may find along his road include, units, town houses and 3 - 4 bedroom properties. For a 2 bedroom unit you can achieve between $350 - $380 per week and for a lovely 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home you can achieve between $400 - $450 per week.
You are only acros the road from the Coles shopping center and other small cafes and restaurants. It is very conveient you will not want to move.

"Very quiet location"
Great street, with a lot of excellent transport options: buses, trains and freeways. Excellent location for restaurants, takeways and only a short walk to coles and fresh food shops and butcher. 100m from gym and plenty of street parking!! Primary school at end of street and secondary school less than 1km away with Deakin univeriisy only 10km away.
