"A quiet residential street, but with some security concerns"
This quiet street has become increasingly popular with Adelaide renters. With a number of small but well maintained cottages with neatly manicured gardens, rents are low but the quality of accommodation is high.
It is in a handy spot, just north of the Adelaide parklands. There are a number of recreational facilities nearby (such as the Hawker Street gym, the Adelaide Aquatic Centre and the North Adelaide Golf Course). The retail precincts of Prospect Road and O'Connell Street are just a short drive away.
Recent events in the area have given rise to some security concerns (stolen numberplates and attempted front door break-ins), so take care if living here.
