"Close to all amenities"
Very close to Point cook town centre and plenty of shopping centres and schools around. This street is in a very well established part of Point Cook. Fantastic for young families with kids. Excellent value for money housing...at the moment. I strongly feel that housing prices in this street and this areat of Point Cook will hit the roof very soon...already has started rising considerably in recent months.Strongly recommend moving here if you can...Cheers
