Very convenient to city. Nice "commute" (walk/jog/cycle) along Riverside Drive to CBD. Warehouses unused and quiet on evenings and weekends. Nice apartment complexes causing little traffic noise from residents. Love living in Duncan St and happy that we bought here. Flow apartments has mature quiet residents and the best management we've come across. Not a place for party animals.
