"Great place to live near Fabulous Beach!"
Well maintained houses on a lovely street. There are 2 Beautiful parks with lakes just off Durance Drive. Walking distance to Warnbro Sound Beach where the sea is crystal clear and the walkway/cycle path that runs for miles adjacent to the sea. Warnbro Centro and Stargate shopping centre also within walking distance for great retail therapy. Nearby is Port Kennedy golf club. All in all a lovely suberb to live in.
