Reviews of Edensor Park, NSW

"Edensor Park - Bossley Park"

Lived in both Bossley Park and Edensor Park most of my life and the areas has been great, I walk my dog at night 10pm+ and see old and young people walking, in the early mornings you see older people walking around. The area is safe and people are nice and carefree, not many problems with plenty of schools and shopping centres in proximity. I personally have Edensor plaza, Greenfield Plaza, Bonnyrigg Shopping Centre and Wetherill Park Plaza and Wetherill Park Stockland all in 5-10 min drive. The area is very multicultural and everyone tends to get along, the train station is a small issue but you can drive to Fairfield or Yennora train station 15-20 mins away other than Cabramatta and take the train from there as I attended Sydney uni and had to to go city 3-4 days a week. Had neighbours who were from the city and they didn't like the area, it is more relaxed and family orientated which I assume they didn't like and the travel distance to the city.

"Great for kids"

Edensor Park is close to most schools in the area. It is a queit area with for shopping centers within easy drive ( Edensor Park shopping center, Bonnyrigg shopping center, Green Vally shopping center and Stocklands Mall) it is also only 15 minutes drive to Westfields Liverpool.
Edensor Park has public transport to Liverpool, Cabramatta, Fairfield and the T-Way to Parramatta.
There and numerous clubs within minutes drive, Mounties being the biggest. There is a skate park nearby and the new Fred's Fruit Market ( with a butcher, fish monger and plenty of parking ).
There are plenty of child care centers, doctors and a local pool and Gym near Stocklands mall.

"A Beautiful home on every street"

I'm moving here! Good schools, both Public and Catholic, daycare centres all close by. Gorgeous homes, well kept gardens, quiet and wide streets. A real sence of community pride and green, inviting surroundings. Great for the young family looking for peace and quiet, away form street and air traffic noise. Close to all ammenities such as medical centres and the Fairfield Hospital, Marcconi Club, sports fields and Community Centres as well as Supermarkets and other stores. There are private buses which travel from Fairfield to Bonnyrigg and beyond. The T-way bus line is not far. This works as a direct transport line to major centres such as Parramatta without any interference with traffic. Houses are aged between 30years old to brand new and all seem to be very well kept. Most lots are larger than 500m2 and accomodate houses of 3 or more bedrooms and 1 or more garages. This is a great place to call home at a very affordable price.

"A rather inconvenient suburb"

Edensor Park is located about thirty-eight kilometres southwest of Sydney. It is very close to suburbs such as Bonnyrigg and Bossley Park. There are plenty of big houses around this area as land is relatively cheaper than the inner suburbs of Sydney. This suburb is very multicultural with many families of different cultural background calling this place their home.

When you drive along the streets of Edensor Park, you will notice that some houses are out of proportion compared to the rest of the neighbourhood. There are a handful of MacManions that have been overbuilt and they look like they have at least ten rooms within the house. Additionally, the nearest train station will have to be Cabramatta. Hence, if you live here but work in the city, you will have to drive to Cabramatta, leave your car there and catch a train from Cabramatta station to the city. All in all, it is a typical Sydney suburb but really inconvenient for those who work in the city.
