"A street with many contrasts - great cafes, private apartments, limited parking, village feel"

Elizabeth Bay Rd runs from Ward Ave and ends at a 'loop' around Macleay Reserve. The 'loop' end has a lovely leafy feel with many gated apartment blocks offering amazing views east and towards the harbour. The Romanian consulate is also situated at this end. The middle of the street has art deco buildings, several good cafes, a bottle shop, 2 conveinence stores and a little deli offering fantastic meals and snacks. As the street travels uphill towards Ward Ave, there is a row of trendy boutique stores with smaller style apartments upstairs. Elizabeth Bay Rd also has a number of company titled buildings. As many older style buildings don't have parking, it becomes hard to get a space particularly in the evenings.
