"Close to the Beaches and Sports Clubs - Minutes To Town"
If living just minutes from the the Bluff and being able to walk to the beach where you can swim, surf, paddle board, have an awesome fine dining meal at Mrs Jones, grab a take away burger and some of the best chips in town at Drift, join an active surf club, play hockey, tennis, touch football, watch your kids play Saturday morning soccer or work off some energy at the beachside playground, land a few tricks at the skate bowl, run, stroll or bike ride for miles on the coastal and river walking path, grab your morning coffee and paper from the Meercroft Corner Store and be just minutes from the centre of town sounds like a winner - then Eugene Street is for you. One of the only downsides is the train line, but hey...Devonport is a port city and you get used to it - there really isn't that many trains per day.
Just a tip - you can get to Eugene St W (sometimes known as West Eugene St) from Eugene St
