Eugenia Street, Nightcliff, NT 0810

We are a professional couple from another state who frequent Darwin often, so we decided to buy into Nightcliff Darwin. We love the green tree lined streets, small cul de sacs, and the fantastic cycle paths along the coast. After looking at other suburbs and speaking to some local friends, they advised us that Nightcliff is one of the more affluent suburbs in Darwin, and a great area to invest in. We like the trendy market down the road, and the general feel that Nightcliff has.
Of our our observations was that people appear to care for their properties in this area, as most the houses look neat and tidy - a big selling point for us. Overall, this is great suburb to live / buy into with great amenities close by.
