Reviews of Eyre Street, Seaview Downs

"Undiscovered Gem"

Seaview Downs is a great place to live, it is close to the beach, Westfield Shopping Centre and has its own Primary School and Kindergarten. There is a High School a short distance away and Flinders University and Hospital is less than a 10 minute drive. There is a regular bus service that has links to the city, beach and suburbs. There is a local shopping centre with a supermarket, chemist, post office, take away, bakery and bottle shop, and a handy service station. The houses are reasonably priced and the blocks are large, there is plenty of room to move and the area has good parks for the children. The area has a mixture of families, retired and young couples. The local primary school has around 250 students and has great facilities. There is a great community spirit in the suburb and neighbours are friendly. Homes in the area do not come up for sale often as it is a tightly held suburb because once you move in you are reluctant to leave this peaceful largely undiscovered gem.

Great for

  • Quiet, friendly, child and family friendly
  • Close to shopping, schools, beach and great public transport links
  • Great Views of the city and sea
