Reviews of Fadden, ACT

"Great place to raise a family"

We’ve lived in Fadden for seven years and love it here. There are great walking tracks, good schools nearby and it is close to both Tuggeranong and Woden. Our neighbours are lovely and it is a fairly quiet suburb.

If only there was a cafe or small shop at the local Fadden shops.

"Enjoy the Great Outdoors with the Family"

Fadden is located 13 kms south of Canberra. The local shopping centre has all that you would need and more to meet all of those daily needs including the services of a veterinary hospital, medical centre, massage therapist, chiropractor and a hairdresser. There are plenty of sports facilities in the area including parts of the Canberra Nature Park, the Fadden Pine Plantation and the Hannah Community Park. Most have barbeque areas great playgrounds and scenic views. There is also a fully equipped tennis centre named the Tuggeranong Tennis Centre. There is also a local scounting group which meets in the area. There is both a local primary school and kindergarten. The public and private schools in the area are both wonderful. It is a fantastic place to raise a family.
