"Easy access to all you need"
Ferris Avenue is a mix of the old and the new - housing is beautifully restored weathrboard homes and modern up to the minute modern design homes. The people too are a mix of singles, families with young children/ grown up children and original residents of the area.
Close to Box Hill Cenral, the new Westfield Doncaster with easy access to the Eastern freeway, this street is the holy grail of real estate - perfect position position position !!!!
