"The Best of Both Worlds"

Floreat's location is second to none, with a short drive to some of Perth's most iconic beaches as well as only a 10 minute drive into the CBD.

With some of the best schools, restaurants and bars on your doorstep there is no better place to live than Floreat.

"Garden Suburb"

Located between the city and the sea this exceptionally beautiful suburb offers families an idyllic and healthy lifestyle in which to raise children or to savour the twilight years.

"Perths Best Kept Secret"

Everyone talks about other suburbs whereas Floreat is hardly mentioned. Location is second to none. By car you can get on the freeway in 6 mins, 4 mins to City Beach and 10 mins to the Kings Park, Matilda Bay, UWA and the CBD. Great shops at the local Forum and home to some of the best schools in the state. A beautiful suburb with a diverse mix of old and new houses, full of tree lined streets with wide verges and heaps of character. Super safe and by far the best suburb for families. Would not live anywhere else.

"Perfectly located leafy suburb, ideal for families"

We love living in Floreat.... 3 Mins to beach, 5 mins to Subi, 10 or 15 mins to town. Good shops down the road, people are very friendly, public transport into town is regular. Lots of lovely parks for kids and picnics, best beaches in the world (city beach and floreat) nearby. Good schools nearby. Lots of people walk their dogs and prams around, usually stop for a hello or chat. Mix of old and huge new houses, clean and green suburb. All good.

"Evandale St - Floreat - LOVE IT"

Been trying to get into Floreat for years. 6km to city, 6km to beach. High feeling of safety, great people and quiet neighbourhood. Mix of new and old houses. 70% well kept. Lots being knocked down and larger, newer houses built. Land holds value and is often classified as a suburb that should be in the "golden triangle" of perth. General rule of thumb --> 15 minutes to everything.

It's generally full of people who just scrimped( eating wallpaper sandwiches) and acting all hi faluting to get in there. You will see these nut jobs when you drive down Kirwan Street. Lots of bargains to be had in the next 2-3 years.

Much better than Nedlands or Claremont.
