Fulham, SA 5024

Not too far nor not too close to the beach. Great to live in Henley Beach south or Henley Beach but the prices are just too ridiculous recently and everything rust!! Luckily where Fulham is located, you can still enjoy the beach and forget about the rust and corrosion’s effect. Fulham is a developing suburb close to good schools, shopping and most importantly to the beach. With only 20mins drive to the city via sir Donald Bradman drive or Henley Beach Road, Fulham is the place to be. You can drive 2 mins to the beach or take a short 15 mins stroll. Peaceful neighbourhood, mostly older and established family... this place is perfect for building new dwellings and call home.

Linear Park just meters away, the beach is only 5 mins away, and that's walking! Adelaide Airport is a quick 7 drive, literally! the CBD is an 18 minute bus trip, it's a go-fast zone with express busses at peak times Fulham Gardens shopping centre... MAN what more could you want. In NSW, VIC etc, seriously, property in a region like Fulham 5024 would cost millions of $$'s. Check out Coral Sea Road and Ashburn with the massive reserve, rotunda and playground in the middle... man I'd love to live there, If you can get a house in Fulham for under $600k... With the Torrens Linear Park just meters away, the beach 10 mins away, Adelaide Airport 5 mins away, and the City 10 mins away, you couldnt find a better, or quieter place to raise a family, spend retirement, or for the singles/couples, a great place to entertainor visit the many local attarctions.
