"Quiet, Friendly Street in an Established Neighbourhood"
Leafy Simpson Park runs almost half the length of Garden Avenue on one side, giving residents at that end of the street a beautiful outlook. Houses are predominantly character 1950s weatherboards. A family friendly neighbourhood, this Mitcham cul-de-sac enjoys close proximity to quality schools, shops, public transport and Eastlink.
