Cul-de-sac is a french word for dead-end street with only one inlet/outlet.

Gibney street is a Cul-de-sac. Very old houses in Roche and Gibney street some aging back to 1930’s. Large lots with deeper set-backs in this area.Gentle slopes. Main Purpose - residential.

Good access to public transport, shops are available at some distance however services are beyond walking distance. Power Street is a busy & noisy road and it has high concentration of multi dwelling developments which have deeper setbacks. There is moderate to high vegetation
