"Up and Coming, great for family"
Up and coming area right next to cafes and shops along Semaphore road. New homes being built and with the plans for Port Adelaide it is a great area to invest in.

"A suburb to be discovered soon...."
You can get a home quite a bit cheaper here than in Semaphore, yet you are getting the same thing. It was in the top 100 suburbs in the St George Banks list for capital growth. Cafes of Semaphore Road are a short walk away. It is just an ideal distance from the beach: easy walk, you still get sea-breeze, but your bike and car will not rust from the salt...
Friendly neighbours, a good mix of people. Good schools and childcare centres nearby.
There is a lot of change happening, many new homes are going up recently.
Great for
- Close to beach (beautiful, sandy, one of the best in Adelaide)
- Less expensive than Semaphore
- Lots of cafes, restaurants
Not great for
- 20 minutes to CBD
- Sport facilities can be busy sometimes
