"Lovely street with park and centre plantation."

This is a quiet street with a centre tree plantation, a park with play equipment and walking tracks on the corner. It is part of a close knit friendly neighbourhood. You will notice the beautiful front gardens and how house proud the people who live in this street are.

We have an active neighbourhood watch program and there are always locals out on their daily walk keeping an eye on things. Children ride their bikes and play in the street.

There is the choice of three types of public transport with a bus stop at the top end of the street, trams are a five minute walk to North Essendon and the train a ten minute walk to either Strathmore or Glenbervie Stations.

There are three local kinders, Strathmore Primary School and St Vincents Primary both within walking distance. Strathmore College is close by and there are buses to other secondary schools in the area.

The local shopping strip, "Strathmore Village", provides everything you could want with a green grocer/small supermarket, butchers, bakery, newsagent, milkbar, local bank, pharmacy, hairdressers, coffee shops, bottle shop, gift shop, fashion shops, florist, take-away food shops, beauty therapists, doctors, dentists and more.

Overall Glenbervie Road is a lovely street which has a great feel about it. Glenbervie Road is a great find which l am sure most would find hard to beat.
