"Country feel close to the action"
This is one of my favourite streets in Mitcham, as its quiet and boasts a country feel but still moments to local amenities.
In parts the street can be very thin and with limited parking, but don't let that put you off as I think it adds to the charm!
It is popular with buyers and won't come cheap, but if you get the chance to live here go for it!

"So close to everything yet a safe and quiet street"
A beautiful street with little village atmosphere of its own. At the Vermont end Glenburnie Road has a country lane feel with many stunning homes positioned on larger than average block sizes and enjoys direct access to Buckanbe Park. The Mitcham end of Glenburnie Roaad enjoys close proximity to Simpson Park and Rangeview Shops.
