good suburb

The suburb is quite quiet and peaceful in the sense not many traffic pass by but it is alive and the people are very friendly, neighbourhood is very 'warm' and friendly as well.

Glengowrie is next to Glenelg East, it has all the facilities Glenelg East offers.

Glengowrie is a great suburb with all the conveniences of Glenelg East. So close to Schools Glenelg Central/Tram and beach not to mention Restuarants and Shopping.
Want more shops Marion is very near too. Work in the CBD? 15 -20 minutes travel time! Parks and open areas tgo walk the pooch.

Morphettville is a great place to live. Close to the beaches with lots of public transport and Anza chighway making the city very easy to get too. It is close to Marion shopping centre and there are heaps of parks and play grounds within the suburb. There is currently alot of development going onwith the housing trust demolishing existing trsut homes and selling them to developers. I believe that this area will continue to have strong price increases, with all of the development and gentification.

Glengowrie is undergoing a renaissance with many of the long term owners moving to retirement accommodation the opportunity is there for younger people to move to this lovely location.

Morpethville is a good place to live in very close to Morpethvilel Racecourse. There are also heaps of parks around

Glengowrie is close to Glenelg. Nice place to visit or live.people there are all very friendly
