Can anyone point to the good and bad areas of Coomera in terms of crime rates?

Ok Coomera Genesis 10% but is very safe and security is out 24/7. Upper Coomera a lot of crime and bogans with a 79% crime rate and Coomera waters is safe but I don't know the crime rate honey sorry but I would recommend Genesis people say the security does nothing but the do.
