"Quiet Family Suburb"
Have lived here for two years now, the neighborhood is clean and friendly. Definitely an up and coming area! Does not have the traffic going through it like Glenorchy or Moonah. Easy to get back on to the highway, nice area to walk around.

"A fortunate find"
Goodwood is surprisingly quiet, leafy and friendly, close to shops and the city of Hobart, great for familys. walking your dogs, every Christmas Goodwood has a light show , people from all over Hobart come to see them,Goodwood also has a community centre, where you can involve yourself with craft and gardening, Very near by is Prince of Wales Bay where you will find a Beautiful Park and boat sheds along the water,
