"Avoca Dr - Not enjoyable"
We have been living on Avoca Dr Green Point for almost 9 months now (we are moving out next weekend!) and it hasn't been the most enjoyable place to live. It is highly over populated - you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbours are up too - from fights about the remote on one side to listening to them play war games on their Xbox extrememly loud at all hours of the night. Neighbours cats coming on to your property at night - causing dogs to bark. Neighbours staring at you while you swim or sunbake around your pool. The neighbours are generally rude (a couple of nice ones but unfortunately not the majority).
It was extrememly difficult to get internet set-up. I'm sure the Green Point area away from the waters edge is much nicer but I would never rent or buy in Green Point again after living here.

"Beautiful surrounds of the Kinkumber Forest"
Beautiful surrounds of the Kinkumber Forest on the one side and the beautiful Brisbane water on the other. Panarama Terrace is an extremely beautiful part of the central coast and this area is close to the beaches and Erina fair shopping centre.
