Greensborough Plaza Donut King fined

The Age reports that a Donut King operator was fined this week for trying to force an employee to sign an Australian Workplace Agreement. Jim Martinoski, a co-director of Sweets For You Pty Ltd, operator of the Donut King franchise at Melbourne's Greensborough Plaza shopping centre, told a senior staff member her hours would be cut to 15 hours a week if she did not sign. I tried finding the specifics on the AWA, but couldn't exactly when was in it? Something about swearing?

The link seems to have died. There were 2 issues - the employer was apparently swearing at his staff and tried to force them on to AWAs in breach of the law.
