"Inner city apartment living"

Until recently, Grenfell Street was a commercial hub and shopping street, with a few pubs and cafés. However the Adelaide apartment boom then began, and a number of residences emerged on busy Grenfell Street.

The location is really convenient - right in the heart of the CBD. The apartments at the eastern end of Grenfell Street are in a particularly good spot, just a street away from Rundle Street and all of its cafés, and just around the corner from Hutt Street.

Parking tends to be offered with the apartment, but it is very difficult for family or friends to find somewhere to park when visiting (unless they are happy to pay).

All in all, Grenfell Street offers some convenient and low maintenance living, but it is a long way from becoming a residential hub.

"A Street for Living it up!"

Grenfell Street is all about living large! In the centre of what's happening in Adelaide. Surrounded by pubs, clubs, café’s etc. Close to the park, walk into the city, the mall and all the things you could want as a single living it up. A bit on the noisy side, but you get used to that. The cars cutting laps on the weekend can get a bit much, but generally you are out partying so it doesn’t matter.
