Reviews of Hamelin Drive, Ballajura
"GREAT PARKS AND EASY CARE LIVING"
I moved over from Brisbane 4 Years ago and have spent time renting in several Perth Suburbs. I decided to settle into Ballajura after nearly 6 months of looking for a place. It was 2 minutes from work, 20 to the beach, 15 to wine country and 20 minutes to the city on your average day. There are plenty of parks and ammenities available in the area and I have found it to be generally clean and tidy.
I haven't seen any rif-raff coming past my place and I am on Hamelin. The nightlife is pretty relaxed and people are relaxed.. I have been here for a year now in Ballajura and wouldn't consider living anywhere else.
There is little traffic and you are very close to Malaga. There is 5 Major shopping centres within a 5 minute drive and a woolies at the end of the road. Counted 5 child cares within a stones throw and primary, secondary and tertiary education within 5 minute drive. Public and Private.
My mate catches busses to the city daily but we do wish they were a little faster but don't we all. There are parks and well maintained play equipment and people jogging and walking at night. The general consensus seems to be this is a safe and friendly place to live
Plus looking at the development going on North and East of here I would say it is a good investment to hold onto.
