"Lovely safe suburb"

Hamersley is a small but beautiful little suburb. The suburb has 2 public primary school which are great, Rannoch reserve is a hidden gem and the community garden is a great initiative. The location is perfect with quick access to the highway, 10 min from the beach (Trigg) , 20 min from the airport, 15 min from the city, 15 from Kings Park, 12 min to Karrinyup Westfield shopping centre.

"A quiet suburb for a family with all shopping,eateries and the movies close by!"

A great location for young families, at an affordable price it is great value for money with most blocks over 700sqm providing a family lifestyle. Food,schools,public transport,the movies,bowling and retail stores all close by! Peak hour traffic it takes around 20 minutes to reach the city, 15 minutes max without traffic.

"Hidden Gem"

Just moved into (west) Hamersley and loved it straight away. Friendly neighbourhood with most houses having front street pride and probably 50% been renovated. Lots of parks - many with playgrounds for the little ones - and one huge great oval - great for kicking a soccer ball (or footie!) many many green lush bush areas and lovely great trees.
If you want peace and quiet Hamersley is definately that. If you want great nightlife then you won't get it here unless Mrs jones up the road has converted her garage into a disco for the night! (joke!) But there is the train station within walking distance (Warwick).
There are quite a few good shopping centres within 5kms, Balcatta just down the road which gives you many non-shopping centre outlets including Bunnings, the Mitchell Freeway perfectly placed far enough away not to hear but close enough to get almost instant access! And right on the Reid highway.
Many oldies live here and they seem happy and content - most having moved here when their adult kids were babies!! But gradually they are moving out and the young families are moving in.
It's a good buy for sure.
