I moved to Hamilton after living in Wollongong and Sydney. Hamilton has exceeded expectation! It is pet friendly, has a great array of pubs, cuisines, and second hand shopping! There are multiple hair salons, nails, shopping and a park all within walking distance. The only difficulty is parking on weekdays as a lot of professionals work in and around Beaumont st.

Hamilton is a suburb that is on the edge of Newcastle CBD you have everything at your doorstep. Walk to Beaumont Street for coffee, something to eat or a sneaky drink or two, you are spoilt for choice here. It truly is all about the lifestyle.

Hamilton is a great suburb for everyone. It is a quirky mix of suburbia, hipsters, eccentric Beaumont street and lovely tree lined wide streets. Hamilton is on the outskirts of Newcastle CBD, making it a very central position only a short drive to the beach, honeysuckle precinct, market town shopping centre and local schools. Beaumont street is the main street and is a mixture of dining, vintage shopping, heritage pubs and trendy coffee spots. A great suburb for everyone.
