"Quiet and Convenient"
Quality homes on good sized land. Easy walk to bus, shopping centers, medical center. Minutes walk from bus stop which provides express City, Rouse Hill, Westmead and Parramatta services. Convenient shuttle bus to North Kellyville Metro station (opening in 2019). New bridges on the nearby smalls creek cycle-way will provide off-road links to new North Kellyville parks, schools and shopping centres in late 2017.

"A great cul-de-sac, walk to shops, bus , near cycleway"
(this is actually in Beaumont Hills, not Kellyville). A great friendly street where kids can ride their bikes out the front. Is walking distance from shops, schools, bus and is connected to a great cycleway/jogging path that runs along smalls creek all the way to Rouse Hill.
