Life in Merimbula
Hi
I am a metro GP and looking into getting a job in a medical Centre close to Merimbula. I am comfortable and happy in Melbourne but wouldnt worry moving rural. We have to make the move for work obligations. My wife is half hearted about the move given its soo far away from any metro city. The job agent is trying to persuade us by saying Melbourne is 1.20 hrs away on flights. Is it practical to stay in that regional area and still keep connected physically to friends and family in city. Would appreciate experiences from folks with similar problem
