"Close to everything, noisy at night!"
Very quiet during the day, close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants, public transport and shopping centers. The Indian ocean hotel is located in the middle of Hastings street and also there is a thirsty camel off license, the street is noisy and busy from around 7pm until 12am Monday to Sunday (but mainly Thursday through Saturday) with loud music from the hotels night club & then patrons shouting as they leave. Also thare are a lot of annoying a**holes hooning around in loud stupid cars. After the night club closes and everyone goes home the street returns to the peaceful quiet place it is during the day!

"Close to everything"
Long street running parallel with the West Coast Highway extending from City Beach border to Scarborough Beach road. Diverse mix of dwellings including a lot of flats which are 20-40 years old. Some new development which range form small to very large to take advantage of the undulating nature of the road to gain Ocean views. Peppering of good parks along the roadside great for kids. Great access to Scarborough and the West Coast Highway as a route to the City or Fremantle.
