"Affordable - Housing"
Just bought a house as an IP in Hebersham. Have been to area couple of times only, but can tell its a nice upcoming suburb. Lots of new development are coming up in Blacktown council area.
Good place to Invest and also to live.

Hi , there is a gym in Mt Druitt , around 3 kms distance near Shopsmart , or you can go to Rotty Hill RSL
Great .. now this area is rapidly picking up with good properties well above 380k - 400k

"LOVE IT! Peaceful, safe, quiet, spacious & well-priced! Only 45mins from the city!"
My family moved here from North Ryde area, in a search for affordable real estate, close to transport and the motorways. I work in the city, and either walk to catch a quick train, or hop on the M7 - either way, I'm close to the city, and get to save money on lower living costs!
We have enjoyed getting to know our neighbours - where we lived before, everyone was too busy to say 'hi'. The streets are quiet and safe for kids to play, and there are plenty of schools and other facilities - Westfield Shopping Centre 15mins walk or catch the bus at the front door. All in all, we are enjoying a beautiful area for our kids to grow up, and paying less for our mortgage, than we paid for rent in North Ryde!
