Reviews of Heydon Avenue, Warrawee
"Leafy haven of luxury homes close to all amenities"
This avenue has the feel of the southern highlands. It is quiet and comfortable and friendly. The proximity of the Warrawee railway station and the fact that it is set in a cutting means there is little or no noise from trains. Any downside is more than offset by the convenience and reliability of the service.
The area gives a feeling of security and the large land parcels are ideal to raise a family and pets. Locals schools are excellent and in easy walking distance and one of Sydney's best hospitals is less than 5 minutes away. You will have to leave Warrawee to do your shopping as there is no area in the suburb zoned for commercial. Traffic is minimal.
