High Street, Bayswater, VIC 3153

I have lived in Bayswater for 2 years now and I love it!! The train to the city is great and runs every 15 minutes or thereabouts. The shops are fab - Aldi being my favourite, but it would be great if it was a little bigger. I expect to have good capital growth in my unit over the next few years as there are plans for increasing the number of shops in bayswater and bringing in new stores. The parking is excellent - no trouble finding a spot on Saturday morning. Bayswater has lots of young families like mine and the local school is very welcoming of new kids and parents. Lots of nice neighbourly people who will smile when you pass them on the street. I bought my unit from Barry Plant in Bayswater and they were very helpful after the sale with advice on best shops, best places for a meal out, good schools etc. We're very happy in Bayswater. Good transport, good shops and good people.
