UniResort is a student only accomodation conveniently located in Mount Gravatt, within a short bus ride or drive to a number of Brisbane’s Educational Institutions. Only a few minutes walk to Westfield Garden City, local universities, public transport and the main highway - there is plenty to do and see here.

UniResort is designed specifically for international and domestic students studying in Brisbane. We have 64 apartments ranging between 4 and 6 rooms. Each tenant will have their own bedroom and private bathroom, sharing the kitchen and lounge area within the apartment with other housemates. UniResort has fantastic facilities including a resort pool, spas, tennis court, sauna, steam room, study rooms and gym. Our students safety is our priority, and we have excellent onsite security and safety with individually lockable rooms and apartments.

The Superior Room is a private bedroom and bathroom within a 4 or 6 bedroom shared apartment. The Superior Room has a balcony/terrace which is shared between the two Superior Rooms in the apartment. The Studio Room is an option for those who want a little more privacy and wish to have a room that is a bit away from the rest of the apartment. Being upstairs of the apartment with its own kitchenette, the Studio allows students to share an apartment and have all the shared common area facilities available whilst being a little separated from the other rooms. In the kitchenette there is a built in microwave and bar fridge. The studio Room is only available in our 6 bedroom apartments. The Deluxe Room is the most popular room at UniResort, and is within our 4 or 6 bedroom apartments. With a large window letting lots of natural light in to the room, private ensuite, study desk and wardrobe, everyone that chooses the Deluxe Room is happy when they move in.

The Classic Room is a quality single room for those students who do not wish to share a room. A single room at an extremely reasonable price. As it is an internal bedroom adjacent to the Kitchen area, there is no external window. The Classic Room is within our 4 or 6 bedroom apartments.

3, 6 and 12 month accommodation options are available. Rates vary depending on length of stay.
