If you're seeking shared accommodation - short or long term, but want something a bit more personal than a backpacker environment, Berri Central Accommodation is worth considering and located in the heart of the Berri Township.
Clean, bright and spacious living atmosphere. Conveniently located in the town centre on the corner of Wilson and William Streets - upper level and easy walking distance to supermarkets, speciality shops, hotel, Laundromat, Doctors, take-a-ways and our beautiful river Murray.
Maximum occupancy is 10 people sharing in 3 bedrooms. Room 1 sleeps up to 6 people, Room 2 sleeps up to 4, Room 3 a maximum of 3. 2 shared bathrooms equipped with shower, toilet and hand basin. A fully appointed Kitchen with cutlery and crockery provided. Very spacious dining/ living area and a separate small quiet reading/lounge room.
Each room individually keyed for privacy and secure lockers inside each room. Crisp clean linen provided and changed every fortnight by our local Linen Service. Quilts, pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, bath towel, hand towel and T Towel provided to each tenant. 24 hour security access, Riverland FREE wi-fi available but only accessible for 1 hour per day per login. The Owner is currently upgrading the wifi to operate 24/7 and this should be available end of May 2017. Off street parking make this a convenient place to stay.
Minimum charge 1 weeks rent at $130.00 and 1 weeks bond ($130.00).
Price is subject to change depending on requests for exclusive use to a room and is at the Agents discretion.
A 2 week security bond will be required for long term tenants and lodged with Tenancies Governing Body CBS.
