Probably the best of the remaining blocks in the Bridgetown Gardens Estate.
You'll be one of 130 lot owners with freehold title on your block PLUS a strata share in 220 acres of common land and a function centre which includes a private owners' lounge, tennis court and pool/snooker tables.
It's ideally contoured for a solid brick home built well back off the road, with a poled out rear deck to take advantage of the sensational valley views. And plenty of room for a full turn-around drive at the front.
The easterly aspect to the rear is ideal in the Bridgetown climate all year round. Sit on your deck and watch the local farmer's sheep agisted on the common land as they keep the grass down and bring up their lambs, or keep track of the farm over the valley as the fields are ploughed, sown and harvested.

This lot has advantages that you don't get everywhere on the estate.

And talking about quiet, Golden Ash Rise is one of the side streets, with this block a fair way down the cul-de-sac, so you don't get all the passing traffic that happens on the main drag, Robinia Way.
While it's high enough to give the great view, it's still well below the reservoir that feeds the estate, so on the odd occasion if the Bridgetown power goes out, gravity still feeds you water down the hill.
This estate even has its own full time grounds manager who keeps it looking good. Just visit a couple of the other Bridgetown estates and compare.
You can get cheaper blocks than this on the estate, but you won't get better.
And we know what a good position it's in - because we live three blocks down on the same side, and love it here.
