7. Take away all rubbish and clean down the property with alcohol based cleaners after every inspection.
8. If you are not comfortable with performing the inspection (for safety reasons including hygiene or people not complying with the instructions), ask them to leave, Cancel the inspection and contact the office immediately (Staff and Client health and safety is paramount).
