The house is light, bright and airy with large separate living and dining areas on either side of the central kitchen. Cathedral ceilings, fans and Crimsafe screens allow great cross ventilation, and there is reverse cycle air-conditioning on both sides to keep you comfortable no matter the weather. The kitchen will be the chef's delight with breakfast bar, electric cooktop and oven, plenty of storage and preparation space, and is well appointed to support you in your culinary endeavours!

The master bedroom with king bed is at the front of the home with a lovely ensuite, and doors out to the shaded entertaining courtyard. The other three bedrooms are well separated on the opposite side of the house - two set up with king beds and the fourth as a study that also has sliding doors out to the shaded patio. All bedrooms have fans and air-conditioners. There are two bathrooms on this side of the house - one with vanity and a shower, one with vanity and a bath, and there is a separate toilet. The laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer is adjacent to the bathroom.

There are lovely, fully fenced, private gardens with lush lawns at the front and back of the house and around the side there are raised veggie beds for the gardener in the family to provision the chef in the family!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy a staycation while deciding whether you want to move to Noosa - you do, I promise - or perhaps you have sold locally and are looking for somewhere to live while you find your next piece of paradise. (Or the in-laws are visiting for a while and you need somewhere off-site for them to be able to relax...)

3 - 5 month lease negotiable for the right applicant from the 15th January 2026. Water and garden maintenance are included in the rent, tenants to pay for internet and electricity usage. The garage is locked for the owner's storage but there is ample shaded off-street parking for two cars.
