1 med sized/ 2/3 cup tomato diced cored and seeded (picked fresh from your garden)
Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons of fresh lime juice (limes grow particularly well on Tamborine Mountain)
1/2-1tsp chopped seeded jalapeno pepper (optional however I think its essential)
1/2 to 1tsp of chopped fresh coriander ( again optional, who are they kidding you need much more than 1tsp)
Lots of tortilla chips or any sort of chips crackers or vege crudites for serving
Get your Maracas shaking and your Margaritas flowing!
