This modern home features plenty of outdoor living space with large shady verandahs front & rear, great undercover entertaining areas, a built-in BBQ kitchen & fenced yard for the kids. the downstairs rumpus is set up with a TV and table tennis, with an extra shower & toilet plus a functional kitchenette. Central location close to all North Haven facilities & just around the corner from the river. Please note you will need to provide your own linen.

Sleeps 8: 3 Queen, 2 Singles. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, washing machine & dryer, Single garage + 2 carport spaces. Plenty of room for the boat, boards, rods. (Please note that the hot tub in the rear yard is not operational).

You will need to provided your own bed sheets, pillow slips & towels, however linen hire is available on request and must be ordered at least 1 week prior to arrival - call 02 6559 5303. NO PETS PERMITTED AT THIS PROPERTY
