HOME INSPECTION PROTOCOLS FOR PROSPECTIVE TENANTS

Pursuant to restrictions implemented from 1am Tuesday 29 June for people living in South East Queensland and best practice directions issued by the REIQ, the following protocols must be observed by anyone entering the property. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in entry being denied or immediate cancellation of the inspection.

SOCIAL DISTANCING
- Please keep 1.5m apart and allow 4m2 space per person.
HANDS FREE & WEAR A MASK
- Do not touch anything during the inspection. You must wear a mask indoors and in spaces you cannot socially distance.
