Linda and her team have managed our investment property from Day 1. They have been totally organized, prompt and responsive to any requests during the rental period. Excellent vetting of tenants, with proactive management of the property. 12 months ago we were ready to sell, however, Linda's guidance and advice suggested we should wait - which we did.
